AMONG THE CONGREGATION

CHILDREN
We use the Sunday School hour as a time to minister to children in age-specific classes. We systematically teach through the entire Bible, concentrating on 1) the commandments and 2) the stories of what God has done and helping our children understand and apply these lessons to their lives. We divide our classes into the following age and grade ranges:
-
Ages 3 - 5
-
Grades 1 - 5
-
Grades 6 - 8

TEENAGERS
Our teenagers meet weekly in Sunday School to study the Bible in a conversational and interactive setting with the goal to study the Bible independently as they grow into adulthood. Periodically, the teens and their leaders get together for a time of fellowship, including hikes, dinners, and team- based activities. (We encourage our teens to invite their friends to these events.) We are working toward a regularly scheduled mission trip for teens each summer.

BIBLE CONFERENCE
Each fall, we meet for a concentrated time of study on a particular topic or book of the Bible. A guest speaker presents sessions on Saturday and concludes the conference during the Sunday morning worship service. The sessions and extra fellowship are an encouragement to all who attend. Details will be posted on the calendar as they become available.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Each summer, we host a week-long Vacation Bible School for children ages three through sixth grade. We invite children from our church and the surrounding communities to a fun-filled time of games, songs, crafts, and themed Bible lessons. Details will be posted on the calendar as they become available.
